Hm, I was sure it was baby Ikuro and Kid Norihiko. And the mom was the one who asked Norihiko not to touch her child.
It's actually the other way around. The baby is Ikuro and the boy is Ranzou. The crazy mother hates Ranzou who isn't her own son, is over-protective of her baby, and almost strangles him to death, which probably left him permanently brain-damaged.
oooooh thx yall for clarifying the dark hair confused me a bit since I seen Ranzou in a lighter color hair.
His hair probaly became like that from a huge amount of stress

ok i know its late but has anyone notice that Ranzou is the “older brother” but in Ch.2 he is a baby while Ikurou is basically a kid in elementary which makes it looks like Ikurou is the older one instead. (i was rereading this. lol. i cant wait for new chapter)
