It's bc he himself doesnt recognize the feeling as "love" yet. Keep in mind that this world is set in the conventional a-b-o setting and that romantic attraction isnt as clear-cut because of the existence of the secondary-genders. At this point, both of them are reluctant to admit even their alpha/omega bond, moreso hyesung than dojin.

Things arent black and white between them and they both have a lot of growing up to do. Cant believe some people actually expect undying love confessions by now when they barely know each other and barely communicate (which is also partly hyesung's fault, not just dojin's)

I think it's Dojin's fault, hyesung has expressed his hate for him and all the times they slept together was when he went into heat, from what I've seen Hyesung has no ACTUAL feelings for Dojin. Dojin likes Hyesung but he doesnt know how to express himself. From a different POV it looks like Dojin only want Hyesung because he gets inspired after they have sex (and since he still hasn't told Hyesung how he feels it just makes Hyesung feel worse).
Now it looks like Dojin is going to impregnate him so he can keep Hyesung close which is even worse （/TДT)/

I disagree. Sure, dojin takes a lot of the blame bc he's in a position of higher power (being a rich alpha), but i dont agree w/ people treating hyesung as if he's some helpless uwu child that's totally blameless for their squabbles. He's not actually being held hostage from the start, he can definitely high-tail it out of that suite if he really WANTED to, but he's comfortable there.
Dojin, on the other hand, isnt inherently a shitty person taking advantage of hyesung. His alpha instincts kick in half the time, and is immediately triggered by the omega's heats. Whenever he gets that blank look on his face, it's his inner dominant alpha taking the reigns and being all possessive. His main purpose for keeping hyesung isnt for the song writing (though he himself hasnt fully realized it yet bc of his bias against omegas, and fate, and all that alpha/omega cliche he hated as a child) - that's merely a result of their coupling; a bonus that he accidentally discovered and gives as a reason to his beta "servant" bc he doesnt want to admit being dependent to an omega because he's trying to rebel from his dominantly alpha home that has been nagging him to find a mate.
Hyesung, while being a cute character, is materialistic, and has no other goal in life but to escape his home by marrying someone rich. He's definitely naive and at times dimwitted, but the little shit takes things given to him for granted, so i cant really empathize with him. Ive read the raws so im not going to expound further, but you'll know soon enough why people are getting pissed with him (give it a month)
I don't get all the hate the uke is getting. Yes the seme is kind to him but unless he starts saying his feelings in words, all those sincerity will be conveyed by the uke as way to take advantage of him. That is for him to be inspired to write songs.
