he's basically playing him, controlling him. put yourself in Heesu's shoes, if it were you and you found out the truth, I'm sure you would be angry.
He's not controlling him? He just distanced himself from Heesu, Heesu made a friend, and he saw that that friend likes him. Heesu is gradually starting to like him because of the slight distance chanyoung put forth. I do agree that there must of been a better way to let him down though.
Well, that is how the author actually uses him so yeah, they have a point of having a better way of handling thsituatuon but this is the route the story goes....
