XD No, it was a joke. This manga just had so many similarities with case closed... I just switched the mangas characters for the case closed ones to make a point.
Late af but just wanted to say I love this commentbso much
I am more of a Kaito Kid x Shinichi and less of a Nakamura (either one) x Kaito Kid shipper... so I couldn't get fully into it. Good DJ though, even if a few names and syllables were switched up. I also liked the creative adaption of Kaitos past, the reappearance of Uncle Suzukis traps and R/Yumis trusty gossip. I am a little disappointed with the lack of magic tricks, but I am impressed how fabulous Kaito still was without them. His ability to change appearance was on point though. Personally I wasn't to fond of Nakamura. I mean a lot of his positiv qualities remained, like his dedication and pride as an officer and that he is quick to anger. Still I can't imagine him falling for Kaito, especially in form of Kid. But I guess that is just my issue with this ship.
