yeah , hes always noticed that heesu's had feelings for him so he goes out w a lot of girls to try and push him away but it doesn't ork so hes just happy that he can divert his affection to someone else

I think he did that mainly because he didn't want Heesu to be wasting time on him if he doesn't like him anyways.
I think he's happy that Heesu now might have someone that actually likes him back.
I think Chanyoung is actually a goos friend, because usually in BL if thw straight beat friend finds about the crush, he gets grossed out and calls them disgusting.
Actually no. Read the post from youraedthiswrogn. It will show you exactly how he's cliched and selfish. He has no concern for what will happen if Heesu finds out as is usually the case. If he didn't want him wasting time on him a simple straightforward confrontation would have done the trick. And he was ready to pass Heesu off onto the other guy even before he had confirmed this guy had feelings for him. T.
Yes I understand what you mean. He knew since they were younger and he gets jealous when he sees his best friend talking to the guy that likes walking around naked at home.
At the end of the day tho that's just up to interpretation. I, like the writer of the og comment, just took it as him being a friend who didn't wanna force his friend to come out to him (which would make him a dickhead) and reveal his feelings at the same time. But you take it at him being selfish. It's interesting how people take things differently.
Okay so what I'm saying is that, if for example heesu decide to follow the both of them and hear the his best friend of 10years true feelings that he knew that heesu liked him for a long time. How do you think heesu who is very shy would feel. Heesu does not want his friend to date him but to acknowledge that he like him again heesu thinking that his best friend doesn't know his true feelings. To me if heesu finds out that his friend knew yet didn't say anything yes he would feel like crap he knew yet he said nothing for 10 fucking years. He will be hurt and both of them would lose their friendship and then what heesu suffers from losing his best friend and his crush.
No. It's not a matter of intetpretation. Again read what youraedthiswrogn said. Chanyoung tried to get Heesu and Seungwon together before he even knew Seungwon had feelings for Heesu PLUS he planned on distancing himself from Heesu even AFTER he found out that Heesu and Seungwon were becoming more friendly with each other. Thirdly, if Heesu finds out what he was doing (as usually happens, which might be especially true in this case as Chanyoung has not only mentioned something in passing to Seungwon but Seungwon also almost caught him eavesdropping on his and Jiyu's conversation, so what happens when he puts two and two together, which he just might given how intelligent he is) he'll be even more hurt than he would have if he had just confronted him. Finally when he first revealed how he knew about Heesu's feelings he never said anything about how he even THOUGHT of Heesu as a friend.
Or even how he was doing this to 'help' his friend. Not one word.
