If you want to go to owl cafes, most of them have to be pre booked in advance. Other wise.... shinjuku? Akihabara ? Tokyo tower? I guess? Food is great, but try to go where the locals go! Maybe ask for some reccomendations from a Japanese friend or something? Hope you'll have a great trip! (=・ω・=)
