I'm no Japanese reader but by looking at it, it seems that something is weird on this panel , he did look at his hands and I think he flick it or something and that caught my attention and also wondering if something happened to his hand or fingers
Chapter 183, page 16 - the scene where Izuku waves to Eri and Mirio.
As I'm pretty bad at japanese onomatopoeias I'm not 100% sure about the translation.
But at the panel when Izuku looks at his hand, there is a ズキ and then ピンッピンッ written. The former one could be translated as trobbing, sudden, piercing pain. The latter one - lively, vigorous and also piercing.
Has he been suffering from pain due to his constant finger/hand injuries?
