In "hitori no shita" there really is a scene like that, in the first ep. i think. Tho, I didn't know there's a webcomic of that.

I think it's an anime, and it involves super powers. The scene is the guy with superpower is buttnaked. There's this couple who said the moon is beautiful, the girl took a picture of it and in the picture the guy with superpowers are in there, butt naked. And a myth started that those who saw it- or something would end up together haha. I want to rewatch it, but I forgot where that is from.
