Isn't the best way to mark an omega by biting their nape? Why didn't he do that? :?

I've read numerous omegaverse mangas and not all of them have the same kind of "rules". Maybe it works differently in this one (starting from the fact that there are recessive and dominant, while on most manage it doesn't talk about those subkinds). Or maybe he just didn't want to form a bond. I think he will try to impregnate him, btw
