Vegetarian or vegan

I'm thinking about changing my eating habits. I'm thinking of becoming a vegan or vegetarian. I'm leaning more to vegetarian because I love cheese and honey.
Is it hard being a vegan/vegetarian? Should i take it slow?

Whether it is hard or not, it is all depend on each person personality. I advise you to take it slowly first.

i'd advise slowly removing meat from your diet and researching more about a vegetarian/vegan diet. doing it all at once is much harder than taking it slow.

no it's not hard at all but you can also be flexible. The hard part is to not become one of these moralists. The best you can do is to remove milk (keep the cheese if you want^^). Your body will be grateful. Eating meat is also a waste, remove it if you can. But first keep eggs (always from chicken raised in open air) and eat them on a regulary base, like one per day or 2 every two days.

My whole life I've switched between vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian. To be honest it is kind of hard when I see other people eating meat but I researched the scientific reasons why eating meat is bad for humans and it made it a l or easier. Good luck and pm me if you need motivation, tips or anything like that I'd be happy to help :p
