We MonoBaron shippers have talk about this in another post and like I have said in that post, I believe it was very much implied on the last pages of Chapter 50 that Mono tops. Just look how Baron is already laying in the table and Mono is starting to devour him from the feet! (ノ≧∇≦)ノ Also the fanarts Mum have chosen to include in her epilogue very much looks like Mono is the seme. I really love it when the uke is as hot as the seme. Makes you think that they can switch places because they're just both hot kekeke
