Let's all be honest! We've all ran into a huge ass bug before and slowly backed away praying that it wont fly after you.
Oh hell yes. You just back up cautiously, like, “Allah, God, Zeus, who ever is up there or whatever is up there... please smite this bug. Strike it with a lightening bolt.”
