Help

So I was reading this yaoi Manga over weeks ago and I really loved it I can't clearly remember what it was about but what I remember is that one guy I traveling (but idk why) and where ever he goes he always remembers the face of in guy he saw once at the beginning of his travel and later he comes to a small village where a crazy old lady lives and the lady thinks the guy is his son (or grandson) everyone hates her and the main character starts to pretend to be her grandson for real... Later the other guy he always remembered came to (I forgot why or how but the guy Is a criminal I think ) and it comes that he starts to pretending to be her second grandson and then they have Sex... I'm sorry that's all what I remember but I really loved this one so please help me ;;;;;;
