It's not trashing their work, I'm sure the authors are aware and agreed to it the conditions. Some countries have laws requiring censorship and some websites prefer not to have sexual content. Gotta live with it.
I personally prefer not to see dicks, they're gross looking.
I can handle manga dicks but not real ones. Tbh, it doesn't matter, lightsaber or not, I don't even glance at them all that much. They are indeed gross.

I don't mind the lightsaber dicks or black bar type censorship, and I don't really care whether I see the dicks or not really, but I feel like if a site completely removes the sex scenes and cuts out content because it's too mature, then the site shouldn't have that content hosted there at all
