I think a lot of the readers are misunderstanding Kou. He just couldn't voice out his true feelings of Ichi and, instead. started saying horrible things (basically his jealousy). Also Ichi didn't cheat on Kou as far as I'm concerned, he just spent less time with him and hung out with someone else for awhile.
Ichi was about fed up with it, and they were about to have a break up, until Ichi saw Kou's true feelings (hence the crying). Ichi is trying to have a fade out and forget Kou, but was confused as to what the crying meant, was Kou truly crying for Ichi. Does it mean Kou is sad about the break up. So to clear up this they both hug each other and reciprocate their feelings. I wish there was more to see how they patched things up, but this is a pretty good one shot by itself.
