I see this a lot. It's OKAY to say you don't like something, people! It's OKAY to tell people why you don't like something. It's OKAY to let people talk about things they don't like!
Right here, right now, if I said, "Darling in the FranXX" is bad, I don't like the reprisentation of the women, and I don't like 02 because she has rapey/abusive tendancies, I'll get MILLIONS of comments from people telling me to shut up, take my negativity to someone who wants to hear it, that no one cares.
I once got death threats and multiple comments from people telling me to die and kill myself just because I posted a plot twist edit on my vine years ago of Rei x Nagisa -> Rin x Rei. The editer Reigisa revined it and I was attacked by multiple people.
If you see someone with an opinion you don't share, IGNORE IT. Someone saying something opposite of what you feel about your waifu, your OTP, your favorite manga or anime IS NOT GOING TO KILL YOU. Get over it! I see people with opposing opinions on things I like all the time.
THERE IS A DIFFERENT BETWEEN BEING NEGATIVE AND HAVING AN OPINION.
I don't like Touka from Tokyo Ghoul. She is abusive, and in general, the reason I don't like a lot of tsunderes and is bad reprisentation for women.

There is a very clear, thick line between these two. I'm not telling people to attack the negative people. Handle it like a mature adult, instead of a pissy 7-year-old fanboy who can't handle the fact that someone doesn't like the same thing they do.
It's easier to say mean things on the internet, but that doesn't mean you have to. Cyberbullying is a crime, and sending people death threats is also against the law. Your words are sharper than a sword. You HAVE to be careful with what you say. I'm speaking from experience.

sorry i have to rant. i think this discussion have happen already. 'Opinion' is use many time on this site. i like to think we should know better as a community with many people from different country gathering together because we like yaoi that having a different opinion is okay even if it is not to compliment the manga. i see whenever there is opinon say they dont enjoy a manga much there will be many people to tell them they dont hav to read if they dont like or they should keep their 'negative' opinion to themself. why why why why are those people so self centered? seeing a different opinion do not hurt anyone. why do some people get so hurt and hav to tell the person to shut up? i think a civil disagreement is perfect but it is everyones right to hav a opinion so pls never tell them to be quiet about their opinion. this post is also a opinion so many can disagree but what i am saying is why do people like to push their 'positive' opinion on someone else? when i see people write 'negative' opinion it is not push on other readers. so why do the 'positive' opinion people feel the need to push their opinion on the other people? 'opinion' is such easy to understand. i think different u think different we should not seek to shame someone for think differently. ok. i am done. i know this post will be twisted and peple will be mad at me but i really hope my purpose of post hav gone through to people in ways that i am not hating, i am just very frustrated why do many people cant grasp the idea of different opinion on manga. thank u for reading.
