Nah it's just a fetish in general though this is one of the first I've seen where the character doesn't have that mind break part and starts liking it. It shows a perspective of how terribly dark most of these stories are without the mind break part. Either way though don't shame a persons fetish, even if it's weird as long as they don't condone it in real life or feel like doing it in real life they should be able to go on their leisure. I do admit though this comic is extremely messed up and it just made me wanna hug that poor kid （/TДT)/
