LOL I was just as confused as I typed this. But i meant: we have the demon's former lover (or who I assume is his former lover, it's not very clear). Somehow both ended up in charge of a girl. Either the psycopath is the former lover (who went crazy after the suicide of the girl); or the girl herself was the psycopath and "killed herself" metaphorically by making a contract with the demon and giving him her soul. The problem here is that the art of the psycopath is very dubious, I can't tell if it's the lover or the grown up girl.
Pretty sure the psychopath was a normal human though. Meaning, he can't be the lover or the "girl" since a lot of years have passed.

No the girl u seen which is crazy as hell is Mariam daughter with that blonde hair dude, i think this happened 1000 years ago due to the clothes Mariam wear at that time is so old fashion .
