Well based on the raws, I think the guy with a darker skin tone is an omega.
And he is used to do it with females and he doesn't understand why his partner should be a malrle, but anyways he already got married to a male partner...

They are both definitely alphas. It says so on the cover (alpha x alpha), also in the title (okusama wa alpha = wife is alpha). They got an arranged marriage to keep the alpha gene in the family (for the heirs etc).
This is just my guess.. but I think they're both alpha...? It's like their families is the type who decide who will be your partner and whom to marry. But so far.. what I know is the lwhite hair guy is alpha.
