Jimin (on the cover he is to the left) was bullied by his family and school mates for liking "girly" clothing and colours, so he illogically thinks he has to dress a woman. And now only feels free and comfortable when wearing his wigs and outfits. Dark haired guy (on the cover he is the centre) thinks Jimin looks like his dead girlfriend. Jimin's blond friend is infatuated with him though, but this just makes Jimin come to accept that he can be in a same sex relationship with the dark haired guy, rather than the blond one. Dark haired guy is then shown progressing as an author, and the blond haired guy is getting annoyed as he thinks the dark haired guy is only with the ginger one because he thinks he looks like his ex, or it isn't authentic feelings, something like that, can't remember exactly.
After that I gave up on the story and the whole supernatural ghost nonsense but you can read the raws on lezhin or here

The girlfriend ghost isn't really a ghost , it is jimin (the other main character ) disguised as his belated gf ,
Nah but theres thw "real ghost" of the girlfriend but itsnot supernatural at all, the ghost girlfriend is all in his head because he still feel guilty about her death. Its not rrally a ghost but more like a coping mechanism
