Ok, this is gonna be long, but here we go....

I know that Sasha's death was kinda sad and horrible, but am I the only one who thinks everyone is overreacting by turning their hate towards Eren? I mean, yes sure she died in Eren's plan, but many others had already died in several other missions. And if we all recall, their deaths were meaningless, that's what many characters at the beginning of the manga said. That they didn't achieve anything and all of those soldier's lives were lost in vain.

But in this case, Sasha's death wasn't meaningless. They said it, this was their first actual victory, and she was an important part of it. This was Eren's idea, he put his life in danger and showed his trust to those he saw as comrades and friends (including Sasha!) by doing what he did even if at the end no one trust him anymore. His face obviously shows that it also pains him her death, and he is also carrying all the lives he took in that attack.

In order to bring peace and freedom to his people he became something he never wanted to be. He has totally change, he doesn't show his desire of freeing the world of treats, his rage is lost, it looks like he lost the ability to freely show his emotions and became and empty body.

I knew this was gonna be long but I had to said it. ╥﹏╥

I agree about Sasha about the characters overreacting.(wrote about that in my comment too which people seem to disagree with) I feel like Isayama used her death to make everyone hate Eren, and it feels unnatural because most of the time people didn’t act so dramatically and took people’s death quietly but for Sasha, people’s acting up. Not that Sasha doesn’t deserve people feeling so sad, but it just feels ‘different’ from how people reacted before.
Just sort of not happy with how Isayama used Sasha that characters and readers have grown fond of to make it seem like Eren made a big mistake, and to make readers feel Eren’s dilemma. (because obviously Eren feels sad about her death too)

Same feelings here, I just hope Isayama makes something so the readers don't hate Eren so much, he's also suffering after all.

    Yes. I hope so too!
I don’t know the details of how much time he spent spying Marley, and what he experienced, but he probably saw many things (very ugly things) and feels more urge to change the world than everyone else.
I hope the survey corps would be more supportive and at least hear him out.
If Eren is falling to the dark side, there must be a reason, and it’s the team’s responsibility to support him and get him balanced.

ps; ...not that I think Eren’s fallen to the dark side. That’s what the survey corps seem to think, as Levi said that Eren now has eyes of people in the slums (probably means he has eyes of despair). They really need to talk this out, because there seem to be a misunderstanding here, not just differences in their ideology and morales.

I don't think that as well. I just believe that their misjudging is based on the fact that the survey corps have been reduced almost completely and one lost is now a big deal for all of them. Also, what Levi told him is more like a complement for me, kind of telling him that he is glad to see Eren again when he told him "As always Eren, you're still the best to kick around", and the kick was like his punishment for all that Eren has done 'till now.

Wow, I didn’t think of it that way!
I thought the survey corps were angry because Eren did this without getting consent from others, and got them involved without giving them any choice. And the survey corps have always been heros who support the weak and sacrifice their lives for others while the majority of the people would rather go inland where it’s safe. This shows that their sense of justice is very strong and so they are very shocked that they had to sacrifice women, children and citizens who are not soldiers- and this was a first for them, as the people they killed before at Historia’s arc were soldiers and not civilians.
As far as I can see, I think what Hanji said is the truth, that they lost faith in Eren, because he used the corps for a purpose they’re not ready yet, or don’t understand.
It would be nice if Levi’s kick and comment was actually a complement.
I have faith in Levi’s wisdom so I was sad about that comment. I’m still not convinced that that whole thing could be a complement though... Let’s see how it turns out.
