basically fei long is dishonest - he tries to hide his true feelings by saying the opposite of how he feels - like how he denies having sex with mikhail for asami
But I don't think Fei is all that interested in Mikhail. I mean, he did dream of sleeping with Tao, and he was obsessed with Asami, and intrigued with Akihito. Mikhail is a business deal to him. And a pain in the butt, >.<, at that.
