It is, but there's definitely het scenes in part of chapters 25 & 26. So if your bracing yourself for no more straight-people sex further into the story you probably shouldn't. Very much adult life rather than just yuri. It should have been marketed as adult life in my opinion, but it's pretty easy (at least for me) to glaze over the het scenes and focus on the two main gals and their story.
You all need to relax and be patient. It's clearly heading towards Yuri.
