I told my friend once and she thougt I was gay and things got weird but we made up but I recommend not telling anyone I only told her because I wanted to share my love of yaoi but not everyone accept it╮(￣▽￣)╭

I wanted some Glbt books for my birthday (in may) and I showed her a list of some straight and gay romance and she immediately dissaproved of them Xd.

I have never told my family about it because definitely, they wouldn't find that normal. To my friends though, it's really easy to talk to them because yaoi is almost everywhere when it comes to a female friend. o-o
My cousin like yaoi and how I know it because her sister blurted it out and inside I am happy like i have someone to talk about to but then I think she regret it haha(￣∇￣")
My family is really openly homophobic, so I can't talk to them about anything related to me being bi, or my love of yaoi. But the friends that I'm close to all know, and accept it even if they don't quite understand it.
My parents knows i like BL but, they never know my true sexuality. they want me t be straight. only my trusted friends know i like yaoi and they respect it.(⌒▽⌒)
I’m curious if you fundanshis and fujoshis have told your friends and families that you like yaoi. I feel like there is a lot of pregudice when I comes to BL, people think it’s hentai and judge.
