He has always been attracted to Fei but I wouldn't say its love. His priority is always money/power. In HK arc, he was trying to steal the casino deal from Fei and even now when Fei asked him for a favour he not only took 1 billion from him but also had him sleep with him. I think the story might have been nicer if he didn't require the 1 billion. Like for the sake of Fei, he would help him willingly. As it is now, he looks like a greedy scumbag.
