As for the whole logic out the window birthing process, the only "realistic" depiction I've read is that most male omega's get their reproductive organs removed in order to prevent pregnancy, as giving birth for them carries a high risk of fatality. If they do give birth it's via a caesarean section.

Logic rarely applies in this genre though, but still, to see people cheering someone potentially getting pregnant from an experience that the person obviously did not view as consensual is quite uncomfortable.

Not as bad though as the DJ where the omega character kept getting raped by an alpha character who wanted to make him pregnant, after each time the omega visited a doctor to get an illegal abortion which of course nearly killed him, but he was forced to keep returning to the doctor. The Alpha found out about him "killing my child" and killed the doctor meaning the Omega was going to be forced to give birth to an unwanted child, born from rape which is hardly a healthy loving environment for all involved.

Yes that's the one. I think it's been the only omega manga I've read where they clearly convey the topic of abortion, and that the intercourse is actually rape. So it's more realistic in that sense, which probably makes it so dark to read, as opposed to this one where the issue is glossed over.
