He's not just sad, he's manipulative. To the point that he would hurt someone in love but doesn't care. I don't understand why so many commenters like him. He seems like he is getting a wake up call now, but I believe he has one more big hurt to put on Kotaro before it's done.
Because I love this tipe of character (like Hanamiya in KNB) and Araki btw is a cheerful boy (´•д•`๑) I'm not justificate him, he's simply my type and I want him to be happy too...
