I honestly don't see either chapter as being rape. For one, they technically didn't have sex and another he consents to it in both. He is conflicted by his emotions and being treated like an outcast his whole life, feeling like he isn't normal and desperately trying to hold on to his sense of normalcy while dealing with his emotions and desires. So lay off the hate and the 'no' he is saying is sex talk not a cry for help.
