SPOILER (I am hoping I hid it correctly)
The uke is raped by a few guys (I hate that stuff but it was a minimal scene of a few panels) but it appears unlike other yaoi manga. The uke is really upset by it and runs to the seme and tells him immediately. Then the seme and his friend go find the guys and pretty much beat them into a coma. I mean really beat the crap out of them. It was a nice change from the usual. Then he goes back to the uke who was at his place resting and they are loving towards each other.
Sorry the scene I mentioned went a few pages not panels.

im seeing a lot of stuff in the comments about there being not good things and depressing stuff but it does end well right? has a happy ending for maki and him - if it doesn't i will probs stop reading, i cant really take much heartbreak ╥_╥
