I've noticed it too. I think it's probably a troll or something, because they add it in the majority of new yaoi manga and most of the time is the first tag.

Cause I often see tags on yaoi that say "do not read"....why tf not? Like zero explanation but it's really common. It's started to bug me if I'm being honest.
