From what I remember, Junyoung and Sihoon get back together. Sihoon goes shopping with Mari and buys Junyoung a coat. Sihoon is getting transferred to the USA for work and asks Junyoung to come with him, Junyoung gets annoyed and says no, as he has applied to do his military service and doesn't feel as though Sihoon is appreciating him. Presumably the next scenes are a couple of years later and Sihoon is in bed with some other guy. He gets a text saying Junyoung is back and goes to the airport, wearing the coat Junyoung got him. Happy ending, I guess.
It's all in Korean though, so I'm unsure of when Mari is revealed to be Sihoon's sister and not his mistress, and whether Junyoung apologises for jumping to such a conclusion and how he acted due to thinking in such a way.
Seeing Sihoon cry hurt so much!! Junyoung still loves Sihoon so much, seeing that he wasn't ready and even thought of running away. :(( Sihoon's persistence is so touching <33
