hmm...I walked everywhere instead of driving, used public transportation...and ran a lot, just about everyday. I ran especially lots of hills and stairs with abs work to support my core since my back would sometimes hurt. I also was a vegetarian and ate oatmeal for breakfast instead of cold cereal...I had 3 meals a day but they were small. I don't think I ate over 1200 cal a day. Probably the running and walking were key to my fast weight loss though.
I wish I could lose weight that fast ╥﹏╥
