You dont get it do you? He wasnt punishing him he was pissed off the crossed the line unconsiously. Then then he saw dg crying he was like "ooh shit wtf am i doing? And why am i soo pissed?" He didnt understand what and why he was doing it.

Everyone has different tastes and fantasies. The people that do like the manga are no lesser of a person for liking a story. Humans work in funny ways, and no opinion is better than the other ^^

I personally don't find any rape scene hot. I dislike it. However, I enjoy the story.
If you can't bear it? Just skip the scene or stop reading it.
