Seeing as he has been wearing those sunglasses since childhood, and appears to have maybe a learning disability a chapter covering this would add greater depth to his character rather than it meant to be just taken as comedy that he can't speak properly and strips naked in front of his class.

? You do know that learning disability doesn't mean someone can't achieve academic success. We know Yuri excell's academically, that still doesn't mean he might be a reason behind his speech impairment and not understanding social expectations, such as thinking it's appropriate to flash to his class which is something he has not been able to learn to manage. When he was in primary school, he did not register the reactions of his classmates and teacher when he dropped his underwear. The same was repeated in secondary school too meaning he possibly doesn't have mental capacity.
