Well, Amane sounds like he is definitely a trans boy and considering that he gets flushed even when seeing Sakura as a "man," maybe bisexual. I think his sexuality will be a bit more broad and he mainly says he wants to date and go out with girls because it is stereotypical guy thing to do.
As for Sakura, I'd say they're bisexual too or sexually open minded for now, since they are both highkey still searching for who they are.
