I know where you're coming from lol It's usually like that but check the tags, it's shounen ai so no getting threatened into doing sexual stuff for sure, this is gonna be more shoujo than shounen ai I guess for the way they portray the girls, if it was about the boys only they wouldn't have gone into the short girl getting a broken heart. So I guess is just shoujo about a girl with a d*ck (no ofence intended, just making it simple) The short haired guy will teach him about cross dressing and he will suffer from unrequited love for a few chapters until he/she gets over it and everyone is happy (I'm guessing too the short haired girl gets the guy, they made her cry at the start just so we will not hate her when that happens lol)
