Lu Xuan is the 'A Man Like You' in the title.
We just have been fooled in believing Jinha was the real MC in this story that get Siwon's affection.
That is the only explanation at this point on why Jinha looks more like a flat, underdeveloped character that hardly gets any tender or sexy time with Siwon and can hard get a kiss without being yelled and pushed back... as opposed to the shining Lu Xuan who gets all the goodies from Siwon ( although we are supposed to think it's because Siwon is a defenseless little lamb like a 4 year old who keeps getting trapped by the Big Bad Wolf).
You just open a new door in my mind... I never thought about it like that at all!!
