Maybe try a different angle? Add some pillows, create it to where you’re sitting up in a way. How often has this happened? Or is it just recent? I would definitely get it checked out, because you should be able to breathe no matter what angle you’re at. And you’re body should naturally be able to help you breathe. Unless it’s anxiety and you’re mind is making you feel this way? The mind tends to abide by our fears if we’re scared. I’m not sure how deep this goes, but try to find a solution soon. Good luck!
Recently when i lie down my throat starts to close up and i feel like I’m suffocating a bit. Idk what to do i can’t sleep. Any advice on what i should do?
