ok lets see

it was a manga..manhwa..manhua or whatever xD
there was one guy called tom
he was teaching english if i don t remember bad xD
they moved together (i don t remember the other guys name)
then they found a cat and it was the neighbors cat
the neighbor started to flirt with tom and make both feel uncomfy and then he kissed him and is kinda blackmailing him ...

the couple itself seem to have some troubles too

i don t remember much more *sniff
