A few things could happen to make it hard/impossible to buy an English copy. 1. There is no official English copy that exists. 2. There was an official English copy but its out of print. 3. The publishing company who made the book no longer exists. But if you want to support the author buying it in Japanese would do the trick (unless you buy it used) .
True! And you can just use one of those photo scan translation apps to read the manga in English.
Looking to find English translation to buy, nothing on amazon and eBay only has the manga in Japanese.
