It doesn't matter that he is bad. The manga clearly states it: they are both bad people, they aren't perfect. But there is love, obsessiv love even. Imaginoses love is so real, so burning hot, you can feel it through the pages: raw and demanding, hungry for being returned. He is well aware that his partner is full of flaws but he can't help himself for his feelings. And this is what makes this story real for me
