The same thing is happening to me.. for me it seems to be the manga in my reading list and it doesn't give me the option of multi pages
I always read page to page. I didnt know multipage option exist. (￣∇￣")

It happens to me when I try to read webtoons
Where is that option?
So when I try to read manga on my iPad it only shows page by page. How do I change it back to where I can scroll down and read! Thanks!
