Well, I can give it my best shot. This isn't going to be a word for word translation, but the key plot points should be covered below in regards to the awkward, dramatic triangle between BJ MD, Jiwon/Alex, and DG:

So basically... it seems BJ MD and Jiwon met under strange circumstances (Jiwon was drunk, for once)
I believe Jiwon was trying to explain that BJ MD is a mentor/rival in chapter 22 but Jiwon tends to explain things to DJ rather poorly because he doesn't like to tell DG how he really feels because he's a stubborn fool (I love him anyway!)
Jiwon's true feelings do tend to come into light when Mingwa has Jiwon doing those dramatic thought bubbles and that's helpful for trying to figure out how the story is going to go.
Jiwon/Alex only actually expressed some genuine jealousy when he finally asked DG to clarify what BJ MD was talking to him about when BJ MD went to give DG the coffee he was suddenly done with. DG basically explained that BJ MD was being rather nice (superficial on BJ MD's part, I'm sure) and stating that DG seemed like a good person. I think Jiwon took note here because he is starting to realize that's what DG really wants... to be treated nicely and such. Jiwon doesn't want BJ MD to take any part in that so I think Jiwon is going to be better from now on.
It's totally starting to show anyway... Jiwon is kissing him with his eyes closed, he's doing the hot blushing while being very turned on, no condom....... I mean, the real feels are gonna happen. They have to.
I actually don't want BJ MD to be brought up anymore but I think he might be. I don't even think he's good for Chanwoo but we'll just have to see. I also don't want Kang-hun to come back, but I'm sure he will too, lol.
