I felt the same way you did but after giving it a chance I really, really like this webtoon. I think the characters are realistic and I love how the author portrayed the anxiety of being in a relationship. I also love Eungi because he’s genuine.
Yes, he's a refreshing character, and the series is refreshing, too!
I just read from start to where it's currently at in 2 days.
At first I thought the dialogue was a bit hard to follow, and that the characters were a little hard to distinguish (I still have some issue differentiating between their friends) but it soon became clearer to me.
This is really so sweet, and I really like the more realistic (yet still stylistic) approach in the art-style. The realism is very much apparent in the narrative, too, as was very clearly shown around the time of the confession. You can really relate to their feelings.
It's down to earth without getting boring. I like it!
