After they've killed the young they'll usually eat them. This type of cannibalism is prevalent in many animal species, and is notably done by adult lions as well.

Little polar bear's father might be the son of a mom who adopted polar bear san after he got abandoned with his biological mother and brother. So it's not sure yet if polar bear-san is her actual uncle
