It's like "stop talking bullshit" and getting angry at them for saying such things. Like, when someone says things that hurt you/insult you and you get angry and want to stop them so frustration builds up and you hit them. And in manga people you love hating themself is so heartbreaking for you and after you hit them you can start your "I love you" monologue.
what's with hitting people because they hate themselves? is that supposed to be sweet and endearing? idgi? and i see it a lot in manga?
