    nah, not just you. but i think, in my general opinion, just like a normal or any other story there is a need of conflict. i.e the rising plot diagram theory where there is a beginning of the story the rising action and the solution. nobody wants to read a bland just sex yaoi no? that's not even borderline yaoi. that's pure hentai crap with shitty plot.

    With the overall translation "quality" somehow I doubt the original text had that kind of connotation in the first place. As much as I'd like to commend OP's effort, it really is subpar.

    I’ll second you on that, I can guarantee that 90% of the time a bl translation has f** in its bc of the translator when the actual text just said “homo” (which isn’t that much better but is still not as bad as f**)
