I'll try to help but I'm not too sure myself
Basically they are separated into diff departments with diff jobs.. Enforcement team is to catch the bad humans and make em good again(?) Then there are departments that gather the info (no field job), messaging team (which Lego was in, not sure what they deliver tho). I guess there are more but I don't remember lol.
They handle human stuff basically ╮(￣▽￣)╭
They actually don’t handle humans at all. They handle things (like story characters) created by humans, ie the 3rd world

transportation team delivers cubes to humans, cubes contain god's power to stimulate imagination and old memories
I have read all the chapters..and I still don't know what this company actually does..
I mean...there are departments and weird cubes and stuff....but... what's their jobs exactly??
