I’m placing my bet on rain. Cecil trusts her to a point where she’ll give her any information. This could be perfect to use as something against Cecil, and a perfect placement where people are not going to assume.
That was the thought I had. And she had access to everything, as well.
But if it was Cecil why would she try so hard to defend Kyon? from the beginnig she could have said that she saw kyon's memories and he was a spy or something like that and get rid of him. And also she could just not say anything to Lucaon about his corrupt core, and let the time past until he die (because she was the only one that noticed Lucaon's corrupt core)... i am not saying that she is innocent, but the culprit could be anyone...
exactly those two are my suspects and..maybe kyon in his semi unconscious or intron order state of mind.
She could be faking all that if it turned out her real target was Ryan and not Lucaon... There's also the possibility Intron's making them all think that their target is Lucaon to make them lower their guards on Ryan and the other royals.
Im thinking that , for example if something bad happens and if you are the culprit,what would you do so that nobody discovers you?, in my case i wouldnt blame anybody , instead i would try to act like im worried about what's happening and want to help fix things, and if people are suspecting another person already i would go and try to defend that person, that way if anybody was doubting me they would think :
**Start of Point of view of other person: "ohh if she were to be the culprit she would have left things like that because it would have benefited her"
buuut because shes trying to clean the suspects name it shows that shes not the culprit because that doesn't benefits her at all**
Back to me: acting like that , diverts peoples attention away from me, i know it sounds complicated but its just a really machiavellic way of thinking, its just a way of manipulating people and knowing what the rest are gonna think and how smart they are and according to that start acting, I see it like a big gamble.

Could be cecil and acting like shes not the culprit and trying to divert the attention using kyon, idk something is not right there i got a hunch, also christoph looks too pure and innocent for my taste somethings shady , im placing my bet in those two,
