My opinion

Honestly the doctor feels a little evil(?) to me. Not like “Satan” evil more like “possessive to the extent that it can be harmful to the other party”. I mean he is trying to “protect” him but he has no clue what’s going on and I think it’ll hurt him more in the future and i also don’t really trust those injections. He has no idea what happened in the past but that may be the trauma. I feel that even without that hospital drama there is angst ahead because of the doctor. Idk tho I may be very wrong lol ( ̄∇ ̄")

He’s like the opposite of evil. He literally took in this zombie and is trying to help him turn back into a human via the injections.

But why did he do that? What was his intention ? I’m not saying that he is the worst it just too suspicious to me

great question tbh- hopefully author will let us know the why.
it's a huge risk he took! dr could literally be kicked out of the village and left with nothing if people found out - and the zombie could be destroyed as well.

I personally think that it might be because it was his former lovers will or something related to her. Honestly I never considered the fact that he can be kicked out ( ̄∇ ̄") good point
